डुप्लीकेट पिन बिक का बाज़ार गरम

डुप्लीकेट माल बनाने वालों को दुनिया में कोई नहीं रोक सकता। जितने ताले, उससे ज्यादा इनकी चोर चाबियां। बाजार में ऐसा क्या है जिसका डुप्लीकेट नहीं मिलता। अब एमएलएम सेगमेंट भी इससे अछूता नहीं रहा। यहां इन दिनों नकली पिन जनरेट करके उसे आधे दामों पर बेचने का कारोबार चल रहा है। जहां कंपनियां अपने पेनलिस्टों को चूना लगा रहीं हैं वहीं ये नकली पिन बनाने वाले इंजीनियरों ने कंपनियों की चांद से बाल उड़ाने के इंतजाम कर डाले। समाचार सूत्र मोहन झा ने दभास्कर.कॉम को भेजे ईमेल में बताया कि इन दिनों कई सारे आईटी इंजीनियर्स इस कारोबार में जुटे हुए हैं। ऐसी कोई बेवसाइट नहीं है जिसकी नकली पिन बनाकर वे बाजार में न उतार रहे हों। इस तरह की नकली पिनें बेचने के लिए पूरा का पूरा नेटवर्क काम कर रहा है और कंपनी से आधे दामों पर यह पिनें धड़ल्ले से बेची जा रहीं हैं। मोहन बताते हैं कि इनका नेटवर्क पूरे देश में फैलता जा रहा है और यह कारोबार करीब 50 करोड़ तक पहुंच चुका है। इस तरह से पिन बेचने में जहां एक ओर पेनलिस्ट को फायदा हो रहा है वहीं दूसरी ओर प्रोग्रामर्स की भी अच्छी खासी कमाई चल रही है। चूना लग रहा है तो केवल कंपनी को, जिसे पता ही नहीं कि कौन उसके सर्वे के खेल में कब शामिल हो, कितने कमा ले गया। कंपनियां पता ही नहीं कर पा रहीं कि कौन पेनलिस्ट सगा है और कौन सौतेला। देखते हैं बेवसाइट बनाकर रातों रात करोड़ों का कारोबार करने वाली कंपनियां अपने बचाव के लिए क्या कुछ कर पातीं हैं।

A preliminary report on MLM companies by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)

 

New Delhi- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has initiated a probe into the activities of all multi-level marketing (MLM) companies registered abroad but with business operations in India.

The report includes six MLM companies, which also includes Speak Asia Online. The second report is expected to be given soon by the Registrar of Companies (RoC).

The ministry did not provide any detail on the first report on companies under scanner, a senior ministry official said MLM companies registered abroad will be scrutinized for possible violation of the provisions under section 591 of the Companies Act, 1956.

According to MCA officials, legal cases can be initiated against the agents or representatives of Speak Asia and other MLM companies if instances of violations (of the Companies Act) are found by RoCs.

Already an investors’ protection group had filed a public interest litigation (PIL) before the Bombay High Court.

 

 

First FIR against Speak Asia in India at Raipur

Raipur: Chhattisgarh police has registered FIR against Speak Asia. This will be first FIR against Speak Asia Online in India. Though few investigation are done by Central Government agencies and departments. From past few months, the panelist of speak Asia Online from all over Chhattisgarh approached police to initiate action against Speak Asia due for non payments, but due to lack of evidence police could not proceed on the matter.

In recent time the rate of complains against Speak Asia increased many folds and the matter reached to inspector general Mukesh Gupta of Chhattisgarh. He  lashed out at officials for not initiating any proceeding against the company despite repeated complaints.

Police after direct orders from inspector general Mukesh Gupta has started preparing list of complains to call people to register their statements.

Many Panelist of Speak Asia have come forward to register their complains at the Raipur police headquarter.

Now the police is studying what kind of IPC act have to be used to initiate action against Speak Asia.


 

 

::  Warning Bells Ring On Investment Companies

The Maharashtra police have commenced cracking down on investment companies in the State, according to reports reaching here. They have raided a company JIDC recently and are planning to raid four more companies in the immediate future. 

According to informed sources, the raids are likely to continue till the investment companies are curbed, as the law enforcing authorities are viewing this very seriously. Stern action too is being initiated on promoters of all such companies. 

People who are into these plans are also being taken into custody for spreading these plans. The Maharashtra police have invoked the MPID Act (Maharashtra Protection Of Interest Of The Depositors Act) for the purpose and are booking the offenders under this provision. Now, the people who are promoting these plans would become equally responsible as that of promoters of the investment companies. It is advisable for every body to refrain from involving into investment companies.

ANTI MLM MINKOW A CHURCH BURGLAR TOO?

28 MAR 2011 - Barry Minkow’s EX church,  The Community Bible Church in San Diego, where he WAS a  pastor, was burglarized on the night of January 30-31, 2011.  Since that date, he has resigned from the position with the controversy.  Yes, he is probably headed back to prison.  At that time, Minkow had to know that his goose was fried in Federal Court.

The thieves kicked in the side glass door, then proceeded to wreck the office, crack the safe, and steal the past week's church offerings of $50,000 that was reported to the police. Minkow has a self- admitted history of staging setting burglaries to collect insurance money.  The local media and Minkow critics  believe this to be another link in the chain of his criminal activity which has been highlighted recently.
